Dr. Anne Vincent-Salomon has been a pathologist since 1993 at the Institut Curie in Paris. She coordinates the pole of diagnostic medicine and Théranostique and is head of the pathology department since February 2015. She holds a PhD thesis in Molecular and cellular genetics in oncology since 2008 (Paris Sud), conducted under the direction of Dr. Olivier Delatte (U830 INSERM).
Dr. Anne Vincent-Salomon has published more than 240 scientific papers, gives numerous lectures in France and abroad. She is a member of the board of Directors of the French Society of Senology and mammary pathology and breast Cancer Faculty of the ESMO. She participates in the Editorial committee of “Breast Cancer Research”, “Frontiers in Medicine-Pathology section” and “correspondences in Onco-Théranostique”. She coordinates with DR. Macgrogan and Arnould, the post-university teaching of mammary pathology of the French division of the International Academy of Pathology for more than ten years. Anne Vincent-Salomon is also president of the Scientific Jury of the Association awards “cancer, let’s talk about it”.
Affiliated with the INSERM unit of Prof. Edith Heard (UMR 3215 CNRS/U934 inserm), Anne Vincent-Salomon continues her research on the description of the morphological and molecular heterogeneity of the histological types of breast cancers as well as on The tumor progression of the disease in situ to the infiltration disease.
